Default Stage 3 cams with milled head

Can I do a .030 mill and run crowr stage 3 cams?

Wiseco said that I would need to mill .015 to get the 11.5:1 that I purchaged anyway and so I would like a something close to 12:1 cr.

im running RS cams which are like JUN3's and my head is milled 35thou!

Make sure that its engaged on the VTEC high cam lobes and not the low when you check it or you might switch into VTEC and screw your whole motor.
