Default To thouse with Z10 radius bars....

Did it eliminate all your wheel hop? I've got 2 turns on the preload and it still hops. Jason (Typer98) and I tried to do 3 turns, but the bars bottomed out and only let me do about 2 & 3/4 of a turn. At this setting, my wheel hop was worse then 2 turns?!?! Anybody else experience this? Am I mounting the bars to the lower control arms in the correct spot? I mounted them where the sup. fork meets the lower controll arm. When I tighten the bar, all it does is twist the fork in towards the car, is this right? Please help, atleast i got rid of the noise, now I need to get rid of the wheel hop.

you don't preload it that much. preloading that much basically will make it either brake an axle, spin more or hop.

jack the whole front of the car in the air(not just one side). adjust the z10bar so that by hand you can still turn the bars even though they bolted in place. when the car is put on the ground....its then slightly preloaded. Thats pretty much a proper adjusted bar. Also....make sure the swivel ball lays flat on the bracket or when its bolted in place....it can't rotate like it should and 1. isn't effective 2. might bind and 3. can't be turned by hand because it locks the bar. If your familiar now with adjusting it...you know what i'm talking about.

good luck

agreed Jeff....
I dont know why everyone has problems with clearances and fitment with the arms
Mine are the OG prototype ugly unfinished set and they work wonders
you also have to measure caster to make sure they are equal...or it will pull to the side
I had mine adjusted at a chassis shop up the street here and now i dont even mess with them...unless I break an axle which has yet to happen
seeya sunday at etown
