EDIT: i was in a front end accident, which is why fitment looks poor... i plan to take it to the body shop and have the front end made symeterical again. . .

 

they arent too bad, but in the second pic the fitament looks somewhat poor....

look, your headlights are too out of place on that car IMO, IT'S NOT BECAUSE IT'S NOT JDM or any dumbshit like that....they just dont flow well with the rest of the clean uni-tone theme...

but hey, if you like them, why ask for opinion?

 

I dont like them during the day. The fitment looks like *** IMO. They just dont seem to flow with the car and stick out like a sore thumb.

At night they look neat though

well .. i like them.. just curious what other people think. . because here on HT, people dont like them because they are not JDM or they just think its ugly. .. clubcivic, majority of people like them, and clubsi i get a pretty neutral repsonse

also, i didnt think it was against the forum rules to post pix of ur car in teh civic forum, unless it changed and i didnt notice it

well i can't say i HATE them.......but i sure as hell can't say i LIKE them either!!!

i like stock with DIY black housings way better!!!

 

for some reason i'm thinkin RSX headlights. maybe, in a black housing.

 

Being as how del Sols don't have any aftermarket projector headlights, I think any projector headlight, including your's, looks nice.

 

i think the reflector parts looks out of place. . . for blac housing, otherwise i would have gotten black housing...


i think it would be sick if it was gunmetal likt the CTR lights

 

First off the do fit kinda bad and don't go w/ the black flow. But, I like the headlights themselves. If I was you I'd tear 'em apart like in the DIY CTR headlights and paint 'em black. If they we're black I don't think the fitment problem would stick out as bad. With them chrome and being the only chrome part on the car everybody will look at them first (Attention getter).

Well, good for you ! Anyways, what does everybody think about putting a DIY halo ring in the factory lights where the bezel meets the bulb housing? I think it would look pretty good w/ the parking lights on and one big half halo (only the curved, top section. What does everybody think?

 

I personally think angel eyes are dope as ****. The fitment of the lights look crappy, but when my HID setup comes in I'll be getting some projectors, so angel eyes may be in the works too.

 

i think if i ever did a DIY on them... i would do VERY LIGHT coats of gunmetal so it still has the chrome relfection to it

 

go to auto zone and pick up some of the graphite wheel paint by Dupli-color. It would look good. Has metallic flakes in it. put a clear over it and it would really shine.

You can get black chrome paint. I have a little testors thing of it for models, but don't know how hard it would be to find it in a bigger can. I've been looking and have been unsucessful so far.

 

Pretty ok in my opinion. Whatever you like go for it

 

Looks good during night time, but during daytime it kinda looks weird.
