So I have done a search to solve why my A.C doesn't shoot at cold air anymore.

1999 Honda Civic Si
hoses... Checked
A.C compressor... Checked
Freon level... Not yet

Conclusion: I read that freon should last for 20+ years without any leaks. So I'm assuming there must be a leak...

Are there any other areas I should Check before I get a recharge kit to fill up the freon?

fill'er back up and see how long it lasts on a fresh charge. Relatively inexpensive, and should give you a better idea of what the problem is.
