flow master exhaust?

Default flow master exhaust?

ok peeps let the flaming begin... now i know this is a pretty wierd question be it as flow master exhausts are more for muscle cars and **** but has anybody ever put one on an EF and if so whats it sound like? looking to get away from the raspy sound.. maybe a little rumble bot to iratating.. anybody know... ?

i had a flow on my 88 hatch. it was 2 inch crushbent piping all the way back to the flow. no resonater. it was loud and raspy. i liked it at firs tbut go ttired of the sound and get a thermal catback instead.

I am not a big fan of Flowmaster. The reason? They use a chambered muffler rather than a straight-through. For this reason, they won't make as much power. Keep in mind also that even for domestics, they are not the best choice when it comes to power output. Domestic people use Flowmaster because they like the sound. Not because it is the most powerful thing out there. If domestic people want power, they go for Borla (which is straight through).
