Default A couple ?'s about the V-AFC.

Do you manually have to reset the V-AFC or is there some way to reset it back to factory setting to start over? Like a default setting or something? Does it automatically run the car 3% richer just by hooking it up? I had mine hooked up the other day and we played with the VTEC settings and I am not sure if we got them back to the factory settings. VTEC is set at 5700 on the high (right?), but I am not sure about the low setting. I guess I should have paid more attention next time. Anybody know?

Thanks! Corey

Go to "initialize" that effectively resets all of the units parameters to default.

If all the fuel settings are at +/-0 (which is the default), the V-AFC will not modify the fuel maps at all, making the car run as if it was stock. When you go to the V/T settings (VTEC) there are two rpms you adjust. The first is when the car switches from the low cam to the high cam (VTEC activation), the second is when the car switches from the high cam to the low cam (VTEC de-activation). I normally make the high-->low setting 100 rpm lower than the low-->high setting, just for the sake of saving gas on the street.
