Default messed up situation

i dunno if this is the right place for this but i just wanted your opinion on this situation.

i bought this built block from someone that will remain nameless for now, which he said was a built block with a spun rod bearing, come to find out after i take it apart it has a spun main bearing too. he has agreed to pay me the money back but after i send him the block back. why would i send him the block back first it's his fault that he couldnt take time to see what all was wrong with the block and waste my time. ive been out of a car for 2 months now. he doesnt want to send the money back b/c he thinks im going to keep his block. thats pretty this has been a big waste of time considering he could of saved us both the trouble and check what all was wrong with it in the first place. i think the only fair way is that if he sends me all my money back first and then i send him the block, i mean im not gunna skam him out of a basicly worthless block...

thats messed up, he should of told you everything that was wrong with it. If I were you I would tell him to refund you in full and pay shipping back it was none of your fault.

can a mod help me out on this situation, he thinks im gunna skam him out of his block when i get my money back. i think if he repays me in full ill even be willing to split the shipping of it back to him. thats more than fair considering he should pay for it all b/c it was his fault.

you are putting someone else in the same situation your in. what did he do to deserve that? theres a saying " Treat others how you want to be treated" if you want your situation resolved dont take it out on someone else the same way. you know how you feel right now and he feels the same. Your jerkin him around to. Do the same either send him his money back or send him the block. I sent you the extra $22 and as far as im concerned your scamming me also yea its not alot of money but its the principal. You need to keep up your end of the bargain on your sale. DO IT. Im not trying to be a dick just want you to get what you paid for and 97kmsbb6 to get what he paid for.
