I have a 1993 Honda Civic Dx Engine that i recently put in my 1992 civic Vx hatch....Problems are basically cuts out at 5thousand rpms......It Doesnt ruv past 5000...Im using my dx computer..Please help..

 

Im not sure about this one but you say you have a 92 vx and you just spapped in a 93 dx motor. But like you said your vx has e-vtec so if your still using your vx ecu harness
the e-vtec is kicking in at prolly 5k i wouldnt know. just my .02 but you should have another persons advice on this too.

 

which o2 sensor did u use, dx is 4 wire and vx is 5 wire. cant use 5 wire vx in a dx engine/ecu.
