Default Dual Halo Projectors - Good or Bad?

I talked to a local retailer who told me the the Dual Halo design have a VERY high faliure rate. I'm seeing them all over e-bay for cheap $100-$120 (most with no warranty). Has anybody had any experience with these things. My oem headlamps are hazy and nasty lookn'.

Want some real advice bro? I suggest if you wanna stick around this board, and actually wanna learn some tech stuff about honda's... READ & SEARCH before you ask questions.

I garantee you that you will get "Flamed" (aka - talkin ****) for posting about these headlamps. Those lights are concidered "Rice" on this board. If you don't know what "Rice" means yet. Trust me, stick around and you will.

Oh btw, to answer your question... Those lights are very bad quality made, and I woudln't buy them, if I were you. If your lookin for better quality lighting, I suggest get a used pair of oem headlights. (ebay) Some would say get some JDM replacements, but those are for "gayDM" ******

my friend has a pair and they work good but one has fog in it (don't know how exactly but we can't get it to stay out for good) and the low beam went out on one after a month or so....

halos are good, but alot of times the bulbs blow after a short amount of time and the bulbs are hard to find for it, but if you dont mind doin the legwork to find the nulb to replace with then go for it

of the ones ive seen in person and these being the ebay ones they are very poorly put together, they just look cheap, and have a tendancey (sp?) to fog. If you are set on getting projectors get some TYC's or better yet do a retro fit hid conversion.

Thanks for the input. I think I'll go with the name brand ones and spend the money. But I love the halo look, rice or not (whatever the hell that means).

So one fogged from the poor quality of the seal, and the other had a low beam go out, and that's what you consider a good working peice?
