Default upgrading to a '99 prelude

hey guys, i now have a 95 GSR and i might be upgrading to a 99 vtec (pretty sure its not type SH) prelude w/ 28K miles
the prelude is clean!
what would be a fair price?
any help? what are some things i should check for when i might be actually buying the lude

With such low mileage I would say anywhere between 17K and 20K... although 20K is kinda high. It all depends on where you live, whether you're buying it privately or from a dealer, manual vs. sportshift and if it has extras like spoiler and crap like that.

I think as a general rule, buying a car like the 5th gen privately will involve some haggling. I know that if I was going to sell my car I'd value it more than blue book, even if it isn't really worth it, just because I like it so much.

I'd offer $16k but probably wouldn't go any higher than $19k (and that's if this car is immaculate). Let us know how much you get it for and post pictures

well...im hoping but this is all if i get my car sold in time
i really want that prelude,
theres nothing like a honda, thats for sure

btw i know what you mean by overpricing your car just because you love it, im in the same shoes

time will tell...
