OBD II Codes P0170,P0171 & P0420

OBD II Codes P0170,P0171 & P0420
I know what these codes pertain to. What is the most likely cause or Diagnostic proceedure? O2 sensor by head was replaced and additional code of P0420 came up. Thanks in advance for any/all help.
