Default suspension help please

i have a 93 si and am going to get suspension for it soon, my three choices i have narrowed it down to are the Tein super street damper, JIC Magic FLT-1us, and the Tanabe sustec pro s-s typeII. All of them are adjustable which i need since it is my daily driver and all. I dont want it to ride extremely hard, but since its adjustable i dont think that should be a problem. please help me pick the one. (i already have a tanabe exhaust so thats why i am considering tanabe so much).

What are the springs rates? what do you plan on doing with the car? how many dampening adjustments?

Any of them are good choices.
