I have had this ALpine Cd player - 7893 for a year and half now . Bought it when It first came out now the price is still $250 or 300 on Crutchfield. Couple days ago it went out I could not hear no music or nothing. Power and everything is showing on Screen and working but theres no sound coming out at all this Cd player is a excellent condition few scratches on face but real clean like new. I called an authorized dealer of Alpine and they said it doesnt have warranty after one year. So now they said if I want to get it fix I have to pay $40 dollars to have it check out first and it could be like $100 dollars or more to fix the damn cd player. I am broke people I have no money so now I will try to sell it . I am assuming someone out there could fix this and have it for a real cheap price . Make me an offer so I can sell it and get another cd player or I will trade for another cd player for it Thanks. buyers will pay for shipping or can meet up for pick up thanks I am located in 703 area

 

Check your wires before you sell it. Might be something wrong with some of the harness wires. You never know! Just check before selling it.

 

check your speakers and wires. they might be grounding out somewhere in the chassis( connections are touching ground) or one of your speakers mite be blown. thats usually the case when radios keep playing but there is no sound.
