Default can a b16 head fit on a zc

i was just wondering if a b16 head can fit and work right on a zc and if so what all do i need to do to make it work.

Well, you can sell me the b16 head for $350 shipped then you can get your ZC head ported or spend it on some other stuff Just a thought..
