Default Stock Cat on 00 SI

Are the three bolts or studs fastened to the flange on the stock cat? I got one of the nuts off the other day but the other two rounded off. I was going to cut them off but didn't know if the bolts or studs were actually attached to the flange or not.

Anyone know?

That's what I figured since they are really rusted on but the one came loose without breaking.. No biggie... I was just trying to get the cat off to use on another b-pipe..

they don't come off...any test pipe will just use the 3-hole flange, then just use regular nuts and bolts.
