If I swap my D16Y7 head will I lose my IMMOBILIZER system

Hi Tech Guys,
I hope anyone out there answer this question for me. I have a JDM Civic 1996 coupe with a D16Y7. I am thinking about swapping my head for either a D15 VTEC or a D16Y8 head.
My question is this; I have an IMMOBILIZER system on my car and I really like this feature, will I lose it if I exchange the head and the ECU.

Are you in Japan? If not, how do you have a JDM civic? Did you ship it from Japan?

The immobilizer is in the ECU, if you swap the ECU you loose the immobilizer. I was unaware of any D series ECUs having an immobilizer.
