What else do you need to know? I'll post the link to the "How To".
You need to order the shoe horn piece from Honda since Acura won't carry or order Honda parts.
Here's a nice description cause everybody loves PiXoRz:

Yes, and you need to kind of bend and adjust it to maintain contact. After reinstallation you may also need to pry it a bit between the wheel base and steering column if the sound is a tinny grinding noise, just means there is too much force at the contact point:
Look at pic 11, 12
Find the horn wire, and hook it to the shoe horn, or your own custum piece (some people bend a piece of metal or fashion a piece of wire for this instead of buying the part). Make sure it touches that metal on the back of ur JDM wheel..

..... if your signals are not turning off, you installed the hub incorrectly and the shoe horn will not help you. Make sure the the tabs on the signal canceller (white piece that is on the steering column that has a brass fitting with tabs attached to it) and the slots on the back of the steering wheel hub are lined up.

I had no issues with my turn signals with my non-srs jdm ITR wheel, which was from a 96 ITR also.
I did, however, have no horn since I did not bother with the shoe horn part.
I also had to use a washer that I found in my 'box o washers, nuts and bolts' that was several mm thick and quite large (for a washer in this box of stuff) to put on the steering hub before I put the non-srs wheel on. Without the washer, no matter how tightly I tq'ed the bolt, the steering wheel was not tight - it had tons of play. The washer fixed that right away.
Chris - who sent the washer and steering wheel to RJ so he could hit himself on the head with it repeatedly.
