Default swapping clusters with a newer teg

i swapped my gauge cluster with one from a 99 LS, my integra a 95 LS. The problem with it is only that the fuel gauge is pegged to the left and doesnt operate. someone told me i needed to swap the fuel wires, but which ones are those, and how do i do that? Also which light bulbs do the clusters use for the lights that light up the main instrumentation? and wheres a good place to find replacements? thx ahead.
