I got my car back from the mechanic on Saturday and noticed that it is still idling roughly. Also, the same route I take for work, the car seems to have loss some power. Not sure what to do now.

I had a tune up, fluids flushed, water pump replaced and all other routine things for a car that has 180,000 miles on it. What should I do next?

Also, not sure what this is, but after the suspension change (stock struts, springs), I now here a weird clank coming from the trunk when I hit a bump at say 5mph or so. I replaced the springs, struts, even the spring pillow with OEM parts. Had the mechanic check it over and re-do the install and it still makes this sound. Any ideas on this?
