What is up with Headertech?
Numbers don't work, temporarily disconnected. I have only gotten broken shipping promises and excuses. I have a very bad feeling that I am getting ripped off. Anyone know anything at all about them? TIA
You live near his shop. I think I have his address at work. You should do a drive by just to see if there is any activity. I'll drive there myself to speak on my behalf if they are still operating. At this point, it's total bullshit to do business in this manner. I own my business and wouldn't last a month with Headertech's customer service policy (none).

I very pleased that you guys are going to find out what's happening at HeaderTech, you're our eyes and ears. Everyone that's bought a header and has not received it yet, your doing us all a big favor. I'd go with you guys but I'm on the West Coast. I'll keep calling and e-mailing, and if I find anything out, I'll let you guys know.
i was there once my self ,wondering if i was going to get my header . i spoke w/ enzo many times and he even gave me his cell # (but ive lost it) .i dont think you have to worry about being riped off , they are good guys just bad business men.
They won't rip you off, and their Headers are High quality. Enzo and Red at Header-Tech are cool folks, so I wouldn't worry TOO much.
But we all know Header-Tech has a SLOOOOW turn-around time.

Enzo PMed me about my header, with a brief explanation. Basically, him and Red are splitting up. PMed him back with my cell and I am waitng for his response. I will keep all informed.
Yeah I wana know too, I emailed him all of my CC info for a header, but said it wouldnt be billed until the header is shipped out. I just want to know if they are really going to make it, if not so I can go purchase another header.
I hope HeaderTech comes on here and explains themselves. I got my header from them back in June of last year and even then it took them 3 months and bunches of excuses. I dont know why they still make that 2-3 week promise bullshit.
You know what you guys should do, go on other forums and see if they are having HeaderTech issues as well. They do make headers for other cars besides for Hondas, so other sites might have some stories of HeaderTech as well. Just a thought...

Sorry Guys but i'm no longer a part of headertech. I'm in the process of being bought out and have nothing to do with my ex-partner's business decisions.
I won't get into detail about why i'm leaving but i'm sure most of you can at least see why. (broken promises, always excuses, etc, etc)
Anyhow i will be handling all future honda orders myself as im in the middle of moving to another shop. I should be up and running on May 1. i will have plenty of honda headers assembled and in stock so these problems would never exist.
I've always wanted to do this but my partner had different idea's. So now i will do them on my own. Please contact me directly at 516-503-1661 if anyone has questions.
As for all the open orders with red, i will go there tomorrow and assemble them myself and make sure they all go out before im offically out. I won't leave anyone hanging. I wasn't there to take your orders and i would never charge a credit card until the header was shipped. This has been the way i've done it always. I'm sorry for those who haven't been treated the same.
For those who payed and haven't received anything please email me at Enzo@headertech.com and include what you ordered and what form of payment you made. Also include shipping address this way i can make sure you guys get your headers.
I have always had great customer service and would never try to screw anyone.

I don't know the inside scoop at header tech or anything... but in my interest and those interests of my HT brothers and sisters....
WHO actually does the design of the header that header tech makes for hondas ?
Enzo... being as you are going on your own... did you design and do YOU fabricate the headers yourself ? We need to be ensured the quality and performance of the header goes with it's name.

I have worked on the design until it made the most power. I spent many months r&d until we finally came up with our final design. I have bent and assembled every honda header that has left the shop up until about 2 months ago.
i can't assure you of the quality of any header that was recently sent out(doubt that many have even been sent out!)
But all those that you have seen have all been assembled by yours truly.

Enzo, when you break off and form your own business, will it be HeaderTech, or will it be under a different name? Who owns the HeaderTech name?

I'm glad to see that Enzo came up like a true Businessman and is trying to straiten everything out. its even harder with the pressure of everyone thinking the worst of the situation. As soon as enzo is up and running on his own i will deffinatly be picking up a header for my project car....
