Please Help finding Toda pistons
Hi, I have new block, most piston manufacturers make their pistons little bit larger than it is said - for example - I bought Arias 81.00mm and they were 81.02mm and I cant put them into the sleeves. I dont want to bore or hone the sleeves. So I need exacly 81.00 mm pistons and just put them into sleeves (plug and play).
I know that TODA produce exacly 81.00mm pistons that I can put into non-touched sleeve and its o.k. But, US Honda dealers dont have this pistons in stock and I have to wait about 4 weeks. Maybe someone can help me find this pistons in Japan?
really need help because of season and nationals

If you don't bore or hone, it's not going to seal well. Paying for the stupid Toda branded pistons is going to cost almost as much as getting some nice aftermarket pistons and getting the block honed, if you're doing the non-machine shop labor yourself.

please correct me if I'm wrong, but he did say he had a "brand new block."
Don't they come crosshatched/ honed from honda when you buy them this way?
