Are the adjusters for incline on the same side for both seats? Also can you switch the adjusters from one side to the other? Thanks in advance.
I believe the adjusters are on the inside of each seat (where our center console is) and they cannot be switched from one side to the other. You can however switch the seats to put the adjusters on the outside. I could be wrong, however. I have no first hand experiance on the subject.

recline adjusters should be "facing each other" above your handbrake assembly/center console.
Mounting the recline ***** on the outside facing the door panels will make it harder for you to reach the recline *****.
Best Regards,
Harry

I did take off the rails from both JDM recaros and swapped the seat from RHD to lefted hand and same for the other. Now I am sitting on actual driver seat on the LHD with the recline adjuster on both seat facing the doors, instead of the center console, inorder for more ease in reclining. IF u notice now on the new 02 DC5 Rs, the reclining adjuster is facing the door instead toward center console on DC2 Rs.
