The car is registered in Virginia because two years ago that is where I lived. The car is registered in my mother's name. My parents still live in Virginia so there has been no reason to change it. I also haven't exactly had a permenant address in California since I have just been going to school. Now I am almost done with school. I am moving apartments into something more long term and I am going to start working. Since the registration renewal on the car is approaching it makes it the best time to sell the car.
