I dont know that much about tires so I need some help with the numbers for height and width for the tires. The rims are 18x7.5" I dont know what to buy or what size. Please Help me?!?!?

 

Well, lets see....Stock size for our 16" rims are 205/55/16r, so if you want about the same ride hight I'd get like 225/45/18r. make sure they're V rated at least. V rated is good up to like 150mph I believe
Just for furure ref. The first # is the width. and the 2nd# is the hight from the inner lip of the tire to the tread of the tire. the 3rd # is rim size.

Dont get 225/45R18.... 225/45 would be right for a 17" rim... closest for an 18" and 225 width is a 40 aspect ratio or 225/40R18. One of the easiest ways to tell what tire you should use if you are unsure of the size, is to go to tirerack.com, choose your car, choose a wheel of the same size you are looking at, and find out what size tire they recommend.

 

i ran 225/40/18..that is the most ideal

 

They're right, I made a mistake on that one. 40's would be better. My fault. Good advise guys!
