tryin to figure out if these are real stg2 and not 1s

H8IN
H08EX

i searched but found that stg 2s had different numbers
just wanna be sure

No. . . you ruined your motor, don't blame it on the cams. . . If any cam is properly installed, with proper clearances, and sufficient valve train to support the rpm use and tuned, then any cam will function properly. Skip on any and it so happens to result in a failure, then the responsibility in on you, NOT the cam or manufacturer.
