If i bleed the clutch is feels great its perfect drives smooth wonderful. After a while the clutch gets 3 times as hard and half way down it gets even harder. Also it slips really really bad when it gets like this, but if i bleed it it runs great and shifts excellent. I bought a slave cylinder, do you trhink thats what it is?

yes, sounds like either the slave or master cylinder. check for leaks.
