FS: BLACK '99 CIVIC SI. So. California $14,500
Hey guys, my brother is selling his car because he needs to get rid of it quick. We live in southern orange county in califonia. he wants 14,500 OBO but the KBB is 10ish
its got 64k miles and is in good condition with very minor flaws

haha... ur car ain't worth that much... lower the price n then maybe u can sell it.... get rid of all ur parts n replace it w/ oem.

my offer is $5000 (crisp hundred dollar bills)
i mean, i have to but new wheels, taillights, bumpers, and a few other things.
IF it was a STOCK SI.... i'd jump closer to $7000. and we can talk from there.
but im just adding up all the parts i have to replace.

5k is just silly.
Honestly, (no flaming) but your brother can't expect to get 4500 over KBB. Most cars these days sell for a little under KBB.
Always good to start a little high to give yourself bargaining room but not that much. Try posting on some other car boards and sites like recycler, autotrader etc for about 500 above KBB. Good luck with the sale
