i want to get my integra to 210hp if i put a exhaust header intake manifold pulleys cat intake cams and cam gears will the hp be around 210. if not what does anyone sugest to do to get it to that.

 

are you talkin 210 at the wheels? i think your combo will fall short of that target. check out some dyno sheets at importreview.com and view some of their set-ups. good luck

 

High-lift long-duration cams (Toda B/C, Jun III etc) with high compression 11.5:1+ and valvetrain.
Hytech or SMSP header
2.5" exhaust
310 cc/min or larger injectors
fuel-pressure riser/controller
fully tuned ECU (Hondata or AEM) and lots of dyno time

what kinda integra/motor?

 

More info needed... What kinda cams, what kind of exhaust, what kind of header, what kind of engine is this going in, what kind of ... everything... u get the picture.

 

It sounds like you need to do some more researching. Find out exactly what you want for each application of your engine. To get 210HP at the wheels will cost you some $$$ depending on what engine you have. What B-Series is it?

 

you will need much much more than those simple bolt ons no matter what engine you have

 

unless it was a k20a. (its not)
