Default What Belt and Part number for use with after market pully?

So , I finally got the pully bolt off (with the help of a "pully stopper" tool and here are some more problem need to be solved:

-How do I stop the after market pully from spinning as I try to tighten the bolt?
Note: The "pully stopper" tool doesn't work on the after market pully.

-The OEM alternator belt is too loose even with the tentioner adjusted all the way out. Are there OEM or after market belt that has smaller diameter?

Thanks for all the help,
Chris

What kind of aftermarket pulley do you have? I might be able to get you the sizes.

I'm not sure what brand it is. It's starts with an "S".
