Doing AEM Front O.E. Caliper Big Rotor Brake Kit
I have to get 17" rims now since of brake upgrade...
And I'm thinking of Sokudo 8 gunmetal w/ silver rim on my milano EJ1..w/205 40 17 nankang NS-1 since i'm low on cash right now...?
Is nankang NS-1 tires any good?

complete waste of money.
number one you wont need that big of brakes, number two runing shity tires with big brakes does nothing accept let you lock up your tires faster. there is OEM upgrades you could have done and goten the same stoping power. YAY to you for blowing money on performance parts and not getting any performance

It's true. On an even more simple note, the addition of bigger, heavier wheels and super-shitty tires will outweight any of the additional stopping power (read: none because your calipers have the same shitty clamping force) the brake upgrade granted you.
Next time you want to waste money, send it to me and I'll snap a pic of me wiping my *** with a $20.

The rotor's might actually hurt if you don't upgrade the calipers with it. The caliper is made to go with the stock rotor's diameter. if you upgrade to a larger diameter not all the pad will hit the rotor. It may give you more consistant braking since they'll stay a tad cooler, but I'd say that, on top of the added rim weight, will show higher 60-0 footage.
