They're most likely the exact same thing, since R heads are PR3 heads anyways.

use the cams that are on those gears.... then you'll find some power.

It's funny that some kids think just b/c it's off a type R it will give you HP. It's an OEM cam gear!!! It won't do a damn thing for adding HP.

Damnnnnnnnn I love the Vtec sound ... just got my CRX runnin right ... first the car wouldn't start.. cuz the ground wire that goes on the tranny wasn't there.. so i got that fixed.. and my car was boggin at 4000RPM cuz i was getting the code 4.. crank angle.. some **** like that.. i was about to guy a NEW distributor and decided to do some tests first... that this site offered.. http://geocities.com/chipman_13/ecu.html#CAS and yeah... that didn't work so I checked my distributor CAP and that one stick lol was kind short.. not the metal one but the carbon or whatever that **** is made of. so what i did for now was pulled it out a little bit so now its bigger and not boggin anymore for now.. i'm still gettin code 4.. but yeah... its runnin better.. took it for a run and oh boy .. 2nd. gear.. nah,nah.nah.nah... (u got the picture) Vtec is tight.. only one more problem now.. gotta get my 2 motor mounts fixed.. hahah. front tranny and driver side one is gone... ..

Ahh I just want to have my post deleted for saying an ******* remark like the rest of you guys do. (Somehow mine are always extra rude so they get deleted)

Dont forget to kill yourself and protect the gene pool! Loud *** hard hitting VTEC means bad vtec setting so good job on that one smart ***. You suck at life.

AEM is not cool because their cam pulley design is atrocious.
