I believe that wont work. You will have to cut the stock feet off the RSX rails and bolt on new L-Brackets to mount to your EG's floor. Good luck, RSX seats kick ***.

tooo much fab work to make then fit well.. been through it and drove the car w/ rsx seats.. they sit really high so you need to be able to fab somehting up to lower them alot.. also they are HEAVY!! and you need the seat belt clips from your stock seats on the rsx seats or you will not have seat belts...

you also cant swap the rails out from an rsx to an civic like you can w/ integra and civic seats.. totally differernt railing and design...
