I had this problem.
Honk your horn. If it doesn't make a sound go under your hood and change the fuse. That's if it's still under your hood.
The brake light and horn share the same fuse.

it could be a bad ground on your cd player. if your brake lights don't work and your gauges go dim from everyonce in a while its def that.

please check your bulb, its quite easy and if that is the problem, you will be kicking yourself in the *** for not spending a couple of dollars!

You sure? There is actually 2 signals coming out of the bulb did you know?
1) For your parking lights.
2) When you press your brakes.
So, #2 can be burned.
Buy a new light bulb j0t0

last week my dad said my brake lights didnt work, so i checked all the bulbs and they worked fine. we checked out all the fuses and they were fine too. but the dual filiment bulb burned out on both brake lights. the running lights worked but the brake lights were out.

somehow all three of my braking lights burned out

so try new bulbs first
