track times with less mods same timeslips

Default track times with less mods same timeslips

ok i have a 97 EX coupe with a JDM SIR-G swap (b18C)
last time i ran 14.889 at 94 mph and 2.36 60FT

i had
i CAI
DC JDM HEADER
TODA A CAMS and sprokets
test pipe
catback
GSR modified IM
ERick racing ECU


These time
everything minus the ECU ( ran Stock ECU) and the Header (used stock one)
ran 14.800 with a bit better 60 ft 2.30
and a worn clutch

can someone explain me why and will i gain if i put the header again( the other one was borrowed )

u had a better 60', not by alot but still better. besides ur only talkin about .089 difference, thats nothin.

What's your elevation? Either you got better at driving or those mods needed tuning. I also agree that the time difference isn't that much.

1 tenth off your 60ft is roughly 1.5-2 tenths off your 1/4 time from my experience

so a .6 better 60ft will get you around a tenth off your time
