he...he...he...sorry about that...i stand corrected...i meant coilovers...there are no such thing as an adjustable lowering spring...sorry...i heard ground control is one of the better ones out there...is this true...i'm still new to this suspension mod game so any inputs are greatly appreciated...thanks in advance...
Ground COntrol and Skunk2 are really good coilover sleeves...
For shocks/struts, i'd go with either Koni Yellos or Tokico Illuminas
And if you really wanna get true coilovers, Tein HAs or Tanabe Pro Sustecs

i currently auto-x on my skunks, and daily drive on them, too. i will probably be going to true-choice to get my new true coil-overs soon. heheheee.
I have Skunkworks (yes, Skunkworks. I got these before Skunk2 came about) coilovers w/ Illuminas on my 91 Civic Si. I've had them for about a year and a half now and I'm pleased with them. They are a bit bouncy (205/40/17 tires) for the rough roads I live around but I love the handling. They are also relatively easy to adjust.
!
I have GCs (400/350) and Tokico Blues on my 91 CRX Si. The car also has the ES master set. It handles like an open wheel formula one car, but it is definately TOO stiff for rough roads (I'm pretty sure I caught some air one time). It's probably the bushings, but I drive it all the time anyway. The GCs are a PITA to adjust. I detest having to raise or lower that car. The 2 perch system is FAR superior to the locking hex nut of the GCs, in my humble opinion.

sinece were on the topic of suspension....does anyone have a b16 hf??? cuz my car handles kinda shitty with the motor. i got sportlines on stock shocks gunna change them though. gunna get some skunk2s
That's why you car handles like that. Shocks are extremely important. Get some performace ones soon or suffer the consequences of a shitty ride.
I can guarantee you that your shocks are blown out with that 2" drop.... I don't even think that tokico blues would last more than 6-8 months like that. Pick up som AGX, Koni Yellow of Tokico Illuminas and you'll love yourself so much that people will think your palms are hairy.
