Hey ive heard you can buy like a foot of land in another state and register it there. The problem is my other car, a mustang which is all built up, and in ct, you must pass emmisions or else they pull your reggie and plates. Anybody know how i can do this?

i had to find a friend that was cool with me using their adress in the county , so i got a bank account and put that i lived at his place , and then took the bank statement to the dmv so i had to change my liscense to that adress . then i had to register my car there , but hell after all the **** i went threw no more emissions and no more bad tags .

 

couldnt you do the same by getting a PO box? Or do you have to show some other type of residance (SP)?
