Removing the rear Speaker covers.

I have a 1993 Accord EX. I want to know how to remove speaker covers in the back of the car(behind backseats). I think they look really ugly.

Open the trunk. Unbolt the three 10mm the holds the speaker to the rear deck. Remove the speaker from the top.

What kind of bits would I need to then install an aftermarket speaker? It only has wires coming out the back. Is there a harness or something I need to solder the wire to?
