Default JDM GSR into 1992 Civic HB DX

I have a question about the engine wiring harness that runs throughout the engine. I noticed the JDM B18C has the wiring set for a right hand drive vehicle and now that I think about it, how will I run these wires to USDM spec??? Or is it possible to reuse the civic engine wiring harness?? Any info would be great

Thanks,
JOhnny
