LS/Vtec, obd1 gsr, obd2 gsr, what do u guys think
I wanna make cheap power for now but i am also gonna turbo in the future.
how much hp can i get outta an LS/vtec with stock internals and such?

If you are going to build a LS/VTEC, I wouldn't use stock intenals...Study hard about that swap, it shouldnt be taken lightly...
he's rite no hybrid motor should run on stock internals especially if you are gonna be boosting. build the single cam non vtec for boost that would be fun. this guy i know had one that ran low 12's high 11's.
I will build for boost but not yet... i'm gonna build when i turbo.

Unless you build it decently theres a good chance you'll have a serious problem with it. As far as numbers go that all depends on how much u spend and how streetable u want it, i would say anywhere from 160 to 210ishwhp, go ask in the all motor forum
