Next wednesday (yes, two days to go) I`m heading for Nürburg early in the morning to hit the Grand-Prix track for driving-school.. 10,30 AM to 8,30 PM section training, guide-driving, fast cornering, we train how to catch the car when you lost control, slalom and finally three hours free driving
I`m soooo greedy, it`s my first time on track this year. I really need a good idea how to find sleep at night.
Especially now after I visited the DTM-qualifying last weekend in Hockenheim. I took the two most important girls in my life with me. GF and secretary lol !... Nice weather, nice cars, nice company...... and the roar of that beasty 500hp DTM cars.
.
I hosted a few pics here if you want to take a look:

Ohh.. nice pictures Sven - Those DTM cars are really awesome
I am off to the track for the first time this year on thursday myself - I feel a bit exited allready - so I think I know how you feel
But that driving-school on the GP-circuit sounds so cool -> I got a feeling that this event you are going too are somewhat more impressive than a simple trackday here in Norway.
I originally had planned to be at the track today - driving school/seminar at one of Norways best tracks with instructors, education, slalom-tests and finally free driving - but this event got cancelled due to delayed track-maintanence
Too get a good nights sleep... how bout a couple of good german beers?
Maybe not a good idea in front a event like this though... lol..

MGD, you're in Germany for God's sake, and you drink ricey **** like that? Ugh.
[solly, edited cause I forgot, maybe I need a few MGD's]
Nice pics BTW, and I totally understand the excitement,. Driving on public roads is both dangerous and unsatisfying. I have yet to have any free time to hit a track this year unfortunately, just Autox's so far.
Glad to see you back in the saddle again Sven

I just finished preparing the car... 2,2 front, 2,0 rear (205/50/15 Eagle F1 GSD2). (The driving school requires street tires ...) I corrected the alignment a last time, threw everything I don`t need out of the car, checked al liquids, checked the wheelnuts, the brakes... man.. I`m so ready...... tomorrow 7 o clock I have to get up.
. I hope I have time to take a few pictures...
