What a bummer. I work my *** of for every cent that lands in my hand and when people knowingly just rip you off and walk scott free really pisses me off.

The bbb cant really do anything but has anyone reported osaka? The have a canadian branch. Maby some extra pressure will make them straighten out there act or shut down.

If the CCBBB is like the BBB here in the U.S. you can submit your complaint online. They may call you. They called me before they contacted the business in question when used I them(BBB). They had to verify some info and delete some stuff. I wanted them to shut the business down wich they couldint do so they had to remove it from the complaint.

They didnt accomplish anything. However! After there attempts they gave me documentation that even after they tried there was no resolution to the problem.
I then used the paper work when I took the company to court and won. Now I have collection agencies raping there bank accounts and ruining there credit.

was cc used or cash or check...??? cc u can def. contact visa/mc/etc. and get a refund and they will deal with them, check u may be able to get the bank to help, otherwise go down to osaka and **** em up

The motor was actually purchased from Jazz pro parts.

So we go some quotes today and sent them the $1500 one. They said ok, so I guess thats something. Now they just gotta send the money.

BTW, he has called jazz pro just about everyday for a month and only NOW are we getting some sort of results.

If anything else happens the cc company will definately be contacted.

The problem is that we dont have any 100% proof that we didnt **** it up. Even though it is completely obvious to me and everyone who has seen the motor in person from day 1 that we didnt screw it up, we still cant really proove it. Its gayness.

dont let them fix it call the cc send the engine back and get your money back then get a new engine from hmotorsonline. You never know what other suprises it may have.

well, it turns out that he bought the motor with a e-check. Ughhh...

soooooo, theyre still screwing him hard. We sent the quote and now theyre all wishywashy about the $1500.

Anyone live by there?????? Anyone have a bare b18c block for sale?
