tuning cam gear with stock cams ?

tuning cam gear with stock cams ?
people told me you wont get that much of a difference and that i should tune my timming also. I got skunk 2 cam gear . its on +2 intake , -1 exhuast. And my vtec isnt loud anymore. I am thinking of putting 0 exhuast and leaving intake at +2. what do you guys think ? And i got a stock cams
