Today i was driving somewhere & as i cam to a red light i seen 2 cop cars had a guy pulled over in the middle of the road( black 5th gen prelude), & the 2 cops had the guy standing away from his car & one of the cops got a hydrolic jack out of his trunk & was gonna jack up this guys Lude.

He wasnt happy
& the other cop was looking at his wheels & pulled out a tape measure from his coat. The car was lowered about 2" with maybe a set of 17" chrome wheels.


Can anybody tell y ??

Is there some new laws about modification of a car in Pa that we dont know about ??

Around where I live you can get pulled over for a modified exhaust if the cops are in a bitchy mood.

no secret laws that i know about...cops do some retarded stuff to jdm kids these days

maybe someone had reported stolen wheels that looked like those?

thats the only thing i can think of

 

some kid saw my car and said i stole the wheels, took all the evidence to the station and never got called...

cops are dicks in the municipalities(sp?)
state cops are coo though.
