Can someone give me a step by step on polishing some wheels?

i just polished the rear wheel of my bike. Should be similar. Spray aircraft stripper where you want it polished. Then get a wire brush and brush off the paint(let stripper sit for a few mins). Now get steel wool and polish it with it. When done get some type of polishing compound and rub it in. Once dry rub it off and now you got bling!
