Default rev limit on h22 6250, need help.

I have an h22 in my accord and it revs to 7800, but i unplugged my ecu and now it only goes to 6250. It worked fine before and vtec still engages, anyone have any ideas?

Sounds like some sort of limp mode. Is it throwing any Cel's And have you checked all your fuses? Sounds like an electrical problem.
