99% of guys are going hate on the car, but most of you should know your roots
this trend blew up the import scene and has brought us where we are currently
my friend did this to his car in 97 and has kept it in his garage ever since
i recently decided to pick it up and fix whatever needs to be done (motor rebuild)
car is 95 gsr with 50k original miles, motor took a dump when it was turbo
this car was one of the first with the jdm front and conversion along with turbo

yes im keeping the car the way it is

yes im flossing the car at all the meets

yes the sides are molded on

yes it has mr2 vents

yes it has mr2 tail lights

yes it has a andys combat velociraptor kit or whatever

yes its yellow with green & purple pearl

yes thats a sparco motorcycle gas cap

1st person to call me ricer at a meet or makes fun of this will get knock the f*ck out

the car is clean, original, simple, and im restoring it back to where it was

im bring the old school flava back

 

not bad just dont put an apr wing on it

 

well you pretty much left nothing for anyone to comment...you know what everyone is going to say so i'll juss say nice tails...they look good but the rear bumper and vents are a lil over the top..

 

nice! i know, its pretty lame how everyone hates on anything NOT jdm now, when this car is how most cars were back when the import scene was getting hot. I know here in SoCal, everyone strived to have a car like this back then...

 

Its not as bad i thought when i was scrolling through the list, cool color and cool front. Decent tails, still look like integra tails. Just the vents and sides throw it off. Just needs some wheels.

 

It *could* be clean. Those tails are a pretty nice touch. I'd say get a nicer rear bumper, even an agressive one like cwest.

the sides and the rest of the car look pretty good. it needs a more agressive lip, and better pics to show the paint job.

That car is ugly as ****. No way in hell I would ever drive that thing. I dont think that thing had anything to do with what most of us do to our cars. It may have been cool back then, but now it is ricey as hell.

is this goin to turn into a trend thread.....its his car not yours if hes happy w/ that than so be it.....and yes that has everything to do w/ what most of us do w/ our OWN cars........


also, if he took the sides off and put a stock bumper on you'd be the 1st one tellin him his **** is hot....

yeh it would help though if he had the same wheels on each corner of the car

I was 12..... so not alot.

Since they started putting big obnoxious holes in them, and unnecesary vents.

All i know is that car has some real ****** power...

That thing pulled very hard with 4 heads inside of it..
