Default what mods would help?

my friend has just gotten a 97 GSR, has I/H/E..gude cams..VAFC and a stage 2 exedy clutch. i was just wondering what mods would help him out without breaking the road coarse rules. i know he cannot get an intake manifold, but i was wondering what would be some good next mods for his car and also stay legal for road coarse racing

If your friend wants to build his gsr for road course racing, then of coarse he should get a copy of the rules for whichever sanctioning body he is going to race under. The rules will pretty much plot the coarse he'll need to take modding his car.

What he said.

Oh improve the driver, suspension and tires instead of more power.
