Default Souping up my 96' accord ex coupe

I was wondering if I could get some advice on souping up my accord. First off, im looking into purchasing some headers and a cold air intake. I am also going to get a dual tip muffler. My question is, will i have to get a cat back exhaust to recieve all the HP from these mods? If i choose to not get a catback, do i stand a chance of cracking my heads or causing other damage?

I was also looking into some coilovers. I read a few posts here, but didnt find a good answer. What are some good adjustable coilovers, that dont cost an arm, a leg, an eyeball, and a big toe? I'm a college student so i dont have an increadable amount of $$$, but i have some to work with.

Any other advice or tips would be apreciated.

You do gain a little bit more horse power with the full cat back exhaust and it is better that just sticking on the muffler. No you will not crack your heads or damage anything else if you just put on a muffler. Coilovers are really expensive. So what I did is I got Eibach Sportline Springs. They are really good springs and you can get them for under $200.

Hey whats up ive got a 96 accord too if you want a cold air intake go with RS akimoto and as for headers i dont really like DC's cuz i think there over priced and i get them at shop price so yah but i like my kamikaze 4-1's and for an exhuast i dont really see the point in buying a bolt on cat back exhuast just buy like a obx dual tip muffler and have a muffler shop bend and weld on some 2.25 inch pipe for you same thingway less $$.
