anyone know how much hp a b20vtec is as well as how high the revs can be with a PR3 ecu.

It depends if the person that builds the B20 vtec is experienced or not. I have personally seen them do anywhere from 180-200 whp. It also depends on what cams you use also. I am being somewhat vague in my answer. There's a few more factors that are involved in achieving the opitimum HP.... a lot of it has to do with tuning.
