Default Manual Swap

Do u guys think its ok to do a manual swap i have a sportronic shifter on a 5th gen lude but i really want clutch so do u think its ok to do it at a local honda garage?

No reason not to. It's been done many many many times before. Same car, same engine, either transmission will work.
